Taylor County Kentucky FFA organized a convoy to deliver supplies to farmers impacted by the hurricane in North Carolina. Tennessee Highway Patrol escorted the convoy through the “Hills of Tennessee”. This morning, the convoy crossed The Obey River Bridge and Sunset Marina on Dale Hollow Lake. After the unimaginable happened to the Palmer family, 58 people, including farmers, close friends, family, local businesses, and even a few strangers pulled together to help them through harvest. 🤝 The harvest day started with a kick-off meeting and before Jolene knew it the 28 semi-trucks, 12 combines, and 12-grain carts were fired up.
